Elsie Massey hats are created and manufactured in the USA. A fourth generation family business, originated New Castle, England creates hats of delicate fabrics, fine soft trims, custom dyed feathers and plumes, elegant flowers, and their own special English netting. Each hat is a classic beauty.

#1648 A large all black Tea Party hat with long veil that will knock your socks off. The medium large brim looks as though your Granny crocheted it from rather small gauge straw. It actually has a crocheted shell edged brim. This hat is to die for; or at least boast over! To top it off, the crown is covered in roses, netting and a generous helping of fluffy ostrich feathers. Don’t tell Elsie, but this hat would look just as good without the long veil. Eventually, I may remove the veil on mine! Retail $64
#1691 You’ll look Sassy & Perky as can possibly be in this small black French hat. The brim is woven straw with a layer of scalloped black lace and a train of black veil netting at the back. The crown is of velvet decorated with hunter green flowers, black beading and ostrich feathers. This is a hat to be drooled over at your next garden event. #2630 This delicate mauve French hat is the most delicate, alluring, ladylike hat
you will ever see. It could be worn late afternoon or as an evening hat with your
lovely, flowing tea gown. This French hat has a chiffon covered straw brim and a
velvet crown. It is made in several shades of mauve; some lean towards the pinks

The back is finished with a beautiful floral tone ribbon bow with a small cluster of matching flowers on top of a champagne grosgrain bow with long ends that flow down your back. Wear this beauty pinned to head centered low on the forehead or slightly to the side. Just as Elsie’s other small hats there is an elastic band to hide in your hair to help it stay in place.
