Etiquette Class for Children
Enrollment is being accepted for the Upcoming Session of "Manners for Young Children"
classes for ages 6 to 12. The Upcoming Session is $145 (a few $25 scholarships available;
be sure to ask about them) & consists of 4 one hour classes with an optional 5th
meeting for brunch at Victoria Rose Cottage with presentation of certificates of
completion. (Cost of brunch is about $16 per person for those choosing to participate)

Girl Scouts of America
Ms. Joan is now offering etiquette classes for the “Patch in a Day” program for the Girl Scouts of America. Give your child the gift of good etiquette. Gift certificates available. This is the gift that lasts a lifetime. Please contact Ms. Joan for an appointment.
Afternoon Tea with Ms. Joan
Contact Ms. Joan for an appointment (for small groups of 4 persons) for a “Tea with Ms. Joan” party during the Holidays. Invite your friends for a tea tutorial while enjoying a delicious afternoon tea Prepaid reservations required. The total cost of this party is $160 payable to Essential Etiquette.
Planning a Wedding?
Ask Ms Joan to assist you with your wedding. Call her for her valuable advice and make your wedding the special event you want it to be. Ms Joan will assist you with everything from the perfect wedding shower through the reception.
Children's Birthday Parties
Invite your child's Fairy Godmother to your child's next Birthday Party. Ms Joan, as the Fairy Godmother, will add sparkle to your party. She will read a story, play a game and have a craft project to do with your party guests. Ms Joan will also teach a bit of etiquette along the way. Penmanship Classes
Instruction for printing and cursive. Students of any age are welcome to participate. Please contact Ms. Joan for an appointment.
Speaking Engagements
Meet Ms. Joan while enjoying a delicious afternoon tea or luncheon. Ms. Joan is available to speak at your next group function. Her talks on etiquette are entertaining and informational.
Tea Party Tutorials
Ask Ms Joan to join your next tea party where she will share historical information on the ceremony of tea and tea etiquette. She will explain napkin etiquette, how to add milk and sugar to tea, how to hold your tea cup, how to divide and eat a scone with condiments, how to start and maintain a conversation, how to introduce a friend and many, many more facets of a tea party This tutorial is available for groups as small or as large as you like; for children and adults. Knowing what to do will help put you at ease at your next social function.
